On the pitch

Anqi Panqi is a Saurus with the skills a Saurus spends seasons earning: MA 7, ST 4 and AV 10+, with AG 5+ to keep him away from the ball. Block gives him safety on a both-down from turn one, Grab steers a pushed opponent into the square you choose and cancels the target's Sidestep, and Stand Firm means he does not move when blocked back. Savage Blow re-rolls every block die he just threw, once a game, with no Loner test.

Lizardmen are the obvious buyer: a Saurus Blocker with Block from the first turn, while the rostered ones are still learning. Amazons can hire him through the Lustrian Superleague and get a second ST 4 body beyond the Jaguar Warriors. Slann already have a Kroxigor and want agility pieces. At 190k he is pricey for a very good positional, and Unsteady stops him securing a loose ball.
