Bilerot is a ST 5 fouler with a stomach problem. Dirty Player adds one to the armour or injury roll on his fouls, and Lone Fouler re-rolls a failed armour roll on an unassisted foul. Once per half, Putrid Regurgitation lets him vomit on an adjacent opponent after he has already blocked that turn. Foul Appearance makes blocking him a gamble, and MA 4 means he goes nowhere quickly.

Only Favoured of Nurgle rosters can hire him: Nurgle, plus Chaos Chosen or Chaos Renegades that chose Nurgle at creation. Nurgle coaches get the most from him, since their game is already about grinding down the opponent's numbers and he adds a second violent action every half. At 180k he is a lot of money for a slow player, Unsteady stops him securing the ball, and a ST 5 fouler draws the referee's eye sooner or later.
