On the pitch
Puggy Baconbreath is a halfling with a normal player's statline. ST 3 and AG 3+ put him ahead of every Hopeful, and Block with Dodge keeps him standing. Nerves of Steel lets him catch while marked, and Stunty lets him dodge out of tackle zones as if nobody were there. Right Stuff means a Treeman can throw him. Once a game he can re-roll a single die from almost any roll.
For 130k Halfling coaches get a reliable receiver for the throw-and-score play, and often the only model they trust with the ball. Gnome teams in the Thimble Cup can hire him too. In the Old World Classic he is a curiosity: Human and Imperial Nobility sides have catchers who do the job faster for less. Loner (3+) is mild, but AV 8+ on a Stunty frame means he is knocked out more often than ST 3 suggests.
