Khorne team roster
The Khorne roster has 4 positions. The cheapest player is the Bloodborn Marauder at 50,000 gp, the quickest is the Bloodborn Marauder with MA 6, and the strongest is the Bloodspawn with ST 5. Team re-rolls cost 60,000 gp each.
Make Khorne cardsHow the team plays
Khorne is a bash roster where everyone wants to hit twice. Bloodborn Marauders are 50k linemen with Frenzy on AV 8+, so they follow up every push and block again if the target stands. Bloodseekers are the blockers, up to four at ST 4 and AV 10+ with Frenzy, and they move opponents into the crowd. Khorngors have Horns, Juggernaut, Jump Up and Thick Skull, so a Khorngor blitz is at ST 4 with Both Down counted as a push. The Bloodspawn is the Big Guy, ST 5 with Claws, Frenzy and Mighty Blow, held back by Loner (4+) and Unchannelled Fury.
Every block risks a second block the coach did not want, and a Marauder who frenzies into a crowd is on his own. Khorngors score, since AV 9+ makes them the carriers who last; Marauders take the casualties. Stand Firm and Fend hurt, as does any coach who sets up so the second block is a bad one. The team plays in the Chaos Clash with Brawlin' Brutes.

Building a starting roster
Two builds cost the same. One takes all four Bloodseekers (420k), two Khorngors (140k) and five Bloodborn Marauders (250k) for 810k, then three re-rolls at 60k for 990k. The other takes the Bloodspawn (160k), two Bloodseekers (210k), two Khorngors (140k) and six Marauders (300k), also 810k, with three re-rolls to 990k. Both leave 10k. Most coaches prefer the four Bloodseekers, since 160k on a Big Guy with Loner (4+) and an Unchannelled Fury roll before every action is a lot of money. The apothecary comes with the first winnings.
Advice for newer coaches
Count the second block before you throw the first. Frenzy makes you follow up and block again, so check where the follow-up square puts your player and what three-dice block the opponent gets in return. Blitz with a Khorngor against Wrestle and Stand Firm players; Juggernaut switches both off during his blitz. Keep the Bloodseekers two squares apart so one Frenzy chain cannot drag two of them into the same hole. Avoid blocking with a Marauder on the sideline unless pushing the target into the crowd is the aim.
